Continues Tradition of Support to Warrior Salute Veterans Services
Rochester, NY: Regional Distributors, a Division of Imperial Dade, is proud to continue annual support to Warrior Salute Veteran Services by presenting a $12,000.00 check contribution on Friday, June 5, 2026. The donation marks the 10th anniversary of the company’s commitment to supporting Warrior Salute veterans with a milestone total of $106,000.00 donated to date. Warrior Salute Veteran Services is a CDS Life Transitions company and local veteran support organization that provides clinical and rehabilitative therapies, transitional housing and family and community support services. Along with the check presentation, the company is hosting their 10th annual outdoor veteran appreciation luncheon catered by Dinosaur Bar-B-Que to honor and thank veterans.
"With the donations that we receive, all these vets that come to our program can come at no cost to them. They can focus on recovery, building up their credit, and saving money. A lot of these vets are so close to being on their own; they just need an extra safe space to be, and that's us." Andrew Sewnauth, Chief Executive Officer at CDS Life Transitions, adds, "The money that they give us allow us to give free transportation, food, clothing - a new hope, and a new start for our veterans that suffered from post traumatic stress or traumatic brain injury," said Sewnauth. "The things that can really tear down a person, these dollars help to build them right back up."
Along with the check presentation, the company hosts their annual outdoor veteran appreciation luncheon catered by Dinosaur Bar-B-Que to honor and thank veterans. In attendance are leadership, staff and veterans from Regional Distributors/Imperial Dade, CDS Life Transitions, and Warrior Salute, as well as veterans from the local community.
The annual contributions are made possible from a portion of proceeds from the company’s Valor & Victory private label line of commercial cleaning and dish machine chemicals. Enhancing the quality of life and supporting U.S. military veterans’ transition back to civilian life is an important social mission for the company and many of the company’s customers. “Supporting our military vets is a personal and professional passion of ours. Many of our customers, and most of us in general, have a loved one that was or is a veteran. We all know the hardships they've endured while serving and, for some, those hardships continue after service. Our Valor & Victory line is a simple way for us and our customers to continuously support our veterans and help them regain their lives through the progressive services provided by the Warrior Salute program,” shares David Scalen, Branch Manager and Owner Emeritus.
